Team Profiles

Dale Hoy, Founder

After 12 years living and working in Europe (London and Channel Islands) and Asia(Jakarta) working with migrants and expatriates focused on Australia, Dale Hoy returned to Melbourne with a passion professionally to continue to assist executive and their families returning or relocating to Australia as well as giving back to the community. In Jakarta, he mentored MBA students and supported youth, education, and health initiatives for disadvantaged communities. Back in Australia, he continued this and other community work through the Rotary Club of Brighton, taking on leadership roles including Club President and Rotary Governor, in a leadership and support role to 64 Rotary clubs helping expand their community impact.

Alexander Hoy, BDM

After several years working across Australia and the Asia-Pacific, Alex Hoy has built a diverse career spanning tax consulting, business analytics, and operational strategy. He began at KPMG in Melbourne, helping large corporate clients integrate tax technology, and later joined Baker McKenzie’s global analytics team, delivering strategic insights for senior leaders across international offices. His analytical skills deepened through senior roles focused on data-driven projects for scaling businesses. As Business Development and Operations Manager at InterRetire, Alex helps expand the firm’s presence across Asia and Australia, supporting expatriates and migrants returning to Australia. Concurrently, as Director of Borderless Operations APAC (BOA), he provides end-to-end operational support to companies across the region.
