Community Involvement
After living and working in Europe and Asia for 12 years and relocating back to Melbourne, Dale Hoy (Founder) wanted to connect and give back to the community.
In Indonesia he mentored MBA students, assisted in youth leadership initiatives and participated in various educational and health programs for disadvantaged members of the community in Jakarta.
Dale’s family wanted to continue their community involvement in Australia. Dale joined the Rotary Club of Brighton, undertaking youth community service programs, using his professional skills and networks.
He also undertook a number of leadership roles in Rotary including being President of the club and Rotary Governor role, working with 64 clubs to increase the clubs impact in the community.
